	I am a  Mechanical Designer / Design Engineer with over 30 years experience working in the design and development of electro/mechanical products, such as mobile phones, computer and computer related products and automotive electronic components.   I also have extensive  CAD experience including Unigraphics, Inventor 10, Catia V5 and Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0. Key experiences Taking new product concepts through to design, development and engineering, prototype, documentation and into full production. Projects have included the design and development of electro/mechanical enclosures for main frame computer systems and peripheral products including disk drives, rugged hand held computers to desktops; mobile phone handsets; engine control units and MultiMedia Mobile (Smart Radios) for automobiles, ands manufacturing equipment such as tooling and fixtures.   CAD experience includes: Unigraphics NX3, Inventor 10, Catia V5, and Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0.   Additional responsibilities have included ensuring that all designs and project activities complying with company procedures and standards; projects completed to within the agreed costs and time scales; liaison with outside suppliers to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently, and with manufacturing to ensure designs and documentation meet production requirements. Processes utilized have included: plastic injection moldings, zinc, aluminum and magnesium die castings, precision machining, and sheet metal fabrications, and the utilization of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Tooling techniques.   The creation of all documentation require for prototype and production of all products.
